I am currently offering an introductory rate of just £15/hr for recording, and £20/hr for post production

Music

Ideally suited to singer-songwriters, soloists and vocal work, the new studio is a high-spec and very comfortable facility, with both Pro Tools and VST environments, so as to cater for a broad spectrum of clients. Please email me with your requirements and I will try and get back to you within 48 hours.

Film, TV and Radio

We currently cater for voice work and foley.

We will soon be offering Audio Post Product services with Pro Tools LE. I am now trained to Pro Tools Operator level.

We also offer a very good value demo-CD service for actors.

Sound tracks

Film / Theatre / Dance / Comedy / Fitness instructors...

One of the things we do most is to produce sound tracks for shows. These tend to be for dance, theatre or other live performance. They can be anything from mixing a few tracks taken from CD, to the creation of original music/sounds and mixing with live ambient recordings, FX and voice recordings, all done here in the studio, or out on location.

Clients so far include:

Rachel Burn, Leroy dos Santos, Lesley Main, Mavin Khoo, Shobana Jeyasing, Vocab Dance Company, Kirsty Tapp, Rashpal Singh Bansal and Q20.

Mastering

Utilising Wavelab 6, a world renowned mastering program, together with highly regarded plug-ins from the likes of Waves and Sonalksis, Location Audio can master any material to commercial quality CD or DVD.

Most of the work we do is "in the box", but we can and do hire in outboard gear if you have the budget to achieve that super-slick analogue finish.

For example, A Universal Audio 2-1176 channel compressor and a Crenesong STC8 mastering compressor costs around £200 a day.

CD production services

We will provide you with a master disk as part of any job we do, supplied on an HHB silver CD.

If you require small or large runs for distribution we also have an account with one of the UKs finest and most reasonably priced Duplication houses, so we would be happy to handle this process for you.

Format Transfer and Archiving

Because of the very high quality of the equipment and media we use, we are able to offer an unbeatable service for transferring old recordings to digital formats, such as HD, DVD and CD.

We may also be able to do some restoration work if necessary.
